What birth details are needed for a compatibility report?

See which names, birth dates, times and places a relationship compatibility report needs—and what changes when exact times are unknown.

The short answer

A date-based compatibility report usually needs both people’s first names and birth dates plus the delivery email. A detailed chart-based comparison may also need both exact local birth times and birthplaces. The product must state which inputs are required before payment.

Key points

  • Both people’s details must be kept separate and checked carefully.
  • Exact time and place are only necessary when the method uses houses or angles.
  • Do not invent a noon birth time to complete a form.
  • Compatibility reports should describe dynamics, not issue a verdict or score.

The minimum for a date-based pair report

AstraRead date-based relationship products need both first names and both birth dates. The names identify each perspective in the finished document and the dates supply the symbolic calculations. The recipient email controls delivery. Enter each person in the correct field and review the order summary before payment.

When birth time and place become necessary

A chart-based comparison may use the Ascendant, Midheaven, houses or other time-sensitive placements. In that case, both exact local times and both birthplaces are needed for a comparable calculation. A product that does not use those features should not collect extra details without a purpose.

What to do when one time is unknown

Do not enter noon or a guessed time as if it were exact. Choose a date-based relationship report, or use a service that clearly identifies which placements remain uncertain. A broad family memory such as “early morning” is not equivalent to a recorded clock time.

Privacy and permission

Birth details are personal information even when they are easy to ask for. Use them only for the report the person expects, avoid sharing the finished document publicly and enter an email that should receive the result. A compatibility report should never expose a private profile as entertainment for an uninvolved audience.

Why more data does not create certainty

Precise inputs improve the accuracy of a calculation, but they do not turn symbolic interpretation into a factual verdict. Relationship history, consent, communication and circumstances remain outside the chart. A responsible report describes possible dynamics and gives both people room to disagree.

Choose the report by the question

Use a broad relationship reflection for recurring dynamics across many kinds of connection. Choose a romantic reading for intimacy and communication, an anniversary report for a long-built partnership or a friendship/family product for that specific bond. The Report Finder can narrow the catalog before any personal details are entered.

Common questions

Do compatibility reports need both birth times?

Only when the selected method calculates time-sensitive chart features such as angles or houses. Date-based AstraRead pair reports can work with both birth dates.

Can I use an estimated birth time?

An estimate should never be presented as exact. Use a date-based report or a method that clearly states which results are uncertain.
