How AstraRead collects, uses, protects and deletes order, membership, analytics and advertising data.
Information we collect
Order information may include name, email and birth date. Exact birth time, birthplace and location coordinates are collected only for reports that use them. Pair reports use a second person’s name and birth date; pet reports use a companion name and type. A pet-only photo may be added optionally to supported pet reports. Gift orders may use recipient details supplied by the purchaser. Membership records may include the member’s personal profile, plan, consent version, status and renewal timestamps. Analytics and advertising identifiers are collected only according to the consent choice. When analytics storage is denied, Google may receive limited cookieless consent and measurement signals without analytics or advertising cookies.
How information is used
Information is used to create payment invoices, confirm payment, generate and deliver purchased reports, prevent duplicate fulfillment, answer support requests, maintain security and measure site performance where permission has been given. An optional pet photo is used only to place that image on the report dedication page. It does not affect calculations or generated writing and is not sent to the text-generation model.
Service providers
AstraRead relies on infrastructure and service providers including monobank for payment, Airtable for order records, Cloudflare for private hosting and temporary pet-photo storage, email and PDF-rendering providers, and AI processing used in the protected fulfillment workflow. Providers receive only the information required for their role.
Retention and deletion
Order records are retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, fraud prevention and legal obligations. Unattached pet-photo uploads expire after one day; photos attached to an order expire after 30 days. A verified deletion request can be sent to hello@astraread.com; some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
Cookies and consent
Essential storage supports checkout and consent preferences. Visitors can separately allow site analytics or analytics plus advertising measurement. If analytics storage is denied, the Google tag remains in consent mode and sends limited cookieless measurement signals; it may not read or write analytics or advertising cookies. Advertising integrations remain denied unless that choice is selected. The preference can be changed at any time through Privacy choices in the site footer.

You may request access, correction or deletion using the order email so AstraRead can verify the request. Do not send full card information.
